How to Sanction Your Team
The USSSA season runs from Aug. 1 to July 31 or each year. Tournaments in the Fall and Winter can be World Series Qualifiers for the summer season. Under the USSSA web-based system (ISTS), a manager establishes a one-time account, and then creates teams under that account from year to year. On or shortly after July 1 managers should create their next year's team, particularly if they plan on playing any USSSA tournaments in August the Fall and Winter. Each team manager needs to have their own ID in the system. Please do not have a single person listed as manager for all of the teams in an organization. If one person in your organization enters all the data they can get the IDs for each manager's team. But the contact info for each team manager is required.

If you do not want to do online registration or you will to sign all the teams in your organization up at once follow these directions.
- Download and fill out the team registration spreadsheet.
- Email the completed for to the State Fastpitch Director.
- Send a check for $25/team to the CT USSSA office at PO Box 1192, Simsbury, CT 06070
- Manual registration saves you $5/team
Step 1
Go to USSSA web site (Click Here).
Step 2
Create your USSSA Login ID. You will receive an email with a password.
Step 3
Click to Login for the first time.
Step 4
Enter User ID and Password.
Step 5
Create Team. Click "Register / Create Fast Pitch Team".
Step 6
Enter Team Name, City, State and Class and click Submit.
NOTE: State Director has the right to change the class you select. To learn more about class, Click Here.
Step 7
Register your team online by credit card ($30) by selecting the "Register" button inside the yellow box.
Step 8
Pay by credit card by entering the required information.
Step 9
Your team registration will be approved after payment is received.
